We stand behind our workshops. If a workshop does not deliver actionable value as described, contact us within 7 days of the session for a full refund. Digital playbooks and VIP intensives are eligible for refund within 14 days if you have not completed the associated work.

Monthly Insider memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
